Ambassador Tang Guoqaing and Mrs. Tang hosted a reception, on December 22 in the Chinese Embassy, to bid farewell to Senior Colonel Jin Yufu and his wife and to welcome Senior Colonel Hu Jihui who arrived recently in Oslo.

In his speech, Ambassador Tang fully affirmed Senior Colonel Jin's efforts to promoting the military exchanges between China and Norway over the past years, and welcomed Senior Colonel Hu's arrival in Oslo. Ambassador Tang also extended gratitudes to the Norwegian Military for their strong support to China's military diplomacy. Senior Colonel Jin and Senior Colonel Hu also made their respective remarks.

The reception went on in an friendly atmosphere. Among the attendence at the reception were Rear Admiral Haakon Brunn-Hansen, Chief of Staff of the Royal Norwegian Navy, Major General Stein Erik Nodeland, Chief of Staff of the Royal Norwegian Air Force, Major General Kristin Lund, Chief of Staff of the Norwegian Home Guard, military attaches resident in Norway and some other Norwegian friends.
