New Visa Application Form Adopted from Jan 1st, 2011

From Jan 1st, 2011, the Chinese Embassy will start using new Visa Application Form(Form V. 2011A and Form V. 2011B).

Please print the forms double-sidely after downloading from the website. The advice on completing the forms can also be found at the same page. The Embassy will contine to accept applications made on the previous version of form until June 30th, 2011.
