On the eve of the Chinese New Year,  Ambassador and Mrs. Tang Guoqiang attended the Spring Festival Reception organized by the Adoption Association in Oslo on February 13, 2010. 

Over 50 Norwegian families with their adopted children from China and government officials in charge of the Norwegian children affairs gathered together to celebrate the forthcoming Year of the Tiger. 

Ambassador Tang extended his festival greetings to all the families.

During the reception, the children performed dances and choir, and were happy receive lovely gifts brought over by the Ambassador and Mrs. Tang.
